We know you are faced with many challenges and difficult decisions during this period of uncertainty. Our dedicated response team is working around the clock to ensure we are doing everything possible to support you and injured workers and lessen the burden on your mind and career.

We have thoroughly planned and tested our operational processes and technology system for complete business continuity. We are working closely with our network providers to ensure they are following a response plan for COVID-19 within their agencies and facilities.

To maximize our employees’ safety, we have enacted our incident response plan, allowing our team to work remotely in a business continuity capacity with no noticeable impact to our clients’ service levels.  

The most important thing for all of us at Orchid Medical is to ensure the continuation of the highest level of customer service to you, our clients, and provide injured workers with the care and services they need while doing our part to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
