Recognized in the workers’ compensation industry for his leadership and expertise, Howlin will lead Orchid’s go-to-market strategy as well as the sales, client services and marketing teams in support of the company’s growth initiatives.

Howlin has more than 25 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry with extensive business development experience and an impressive record of sustained topline revenue growth. He most recently served as chief sales officer for Rising Medical Solutions, where he notably transformed the company’s sales, account management and marketing teams in achieving significant new business growth and retention of existing clients. Prior to that role, he served as senior vice president of national sales for Optum, a division of United Healthcare Group.
